Buzz Lightyear Astro Blaster Cookies- Fast Pass Friday

How cute are these Astro Blaster Target Cookies?! One of my favorite rides at Disneyland is Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters and it's one of my family's favorite Fast Pass attractions because the return time is not multiple hours out which means you get on the ride faster and can get another fast pass quicker.  We love competing against each other and hitting these targets so having them in cookie form is such a fun way to bring that magic home!

Details: Sugar cookies, buttercream & cream cheese frosting, food coloring and piping bags!

Baby Groot Chocolate Mousse Guardians of the Galaxy- Mission Breakout Fast Pass Friday

This Baby Groot Chocolate Mousse is the cutest thing since... Baby Groot! Not to mention Baby Groot reacts & dances to sound and has a feature that he dances to "I want you back" by the Jackson 5.

We LOVE the new Guardians of the Galaxy- Mission Breakout ride at California Adventure, Disney exceeded all my expectations with it and we rode it again and again! This delicious dessert is the perfect attraction themed treat for Fast Pass Friday, a Guardians of the Galaxy party or any occasion really! You can pick up the Dancing Baby Groot at the Collectors Gift Shop of Mission Breakout.

Mickey Jello Jigglers

How cute are these Mickey Jello Jigglers, I used my mickey mold commonly used for muffins and did Jigglers instead, too cute and so simple!  These are a perfect way to add a little Mickey Magic to any meal or snack.  Not to mention with blue berries in season and the 4th of July right around the corner this cute red, white and blue color scheme is perfect for a 4th of July backyard barbecue!

Details: Gelatin- Jello Sugar Free Strawberry, Blue Berries and Mickey Mold
 

Matterhorn Rice Krispie Treats - Fast Pass Friday

 How cute are these Matterhorn Rice Crispy Treats?!  I so excited how they turned out and they are just as tasty! If you're like me and this Summer heat has you craving the icy peaks of the Matterhorn bobsled run then these will be a hit! Such a fun way to capture a fun, iconic & beloved Disneyland attraction and bring the magic of it home!

Details: Rice Krispies, White Chocolate for dipping & grated white chocolate shavings for an extra snowy look!  For shaping we just used our hands to form the base of the mountain and then waited a few minutes for it to firm up and then built on the top half.  We then let them cool and later dipped them in melted white chocolate!

Captain America Shield Fruit Pizza

Captain America Shield Fruit Pizza in celebration of Summer of Heroes! Not to mention, how perfect is this for 4th of July celebrations?! Hero up and be the hit of the party with this delicious fruit pizza! 

Details: Sugar Cookie, sweetened condescend milk based frosting, and strawberries, raspberries & blue berries.        

Mickey Chocolate-Dipped Rice Krispie Treats

Love these cute chocolate dipped Mickey Rice Krispie treats drizzled with white chocolate and sprinkled with edible glitter.  Edible glitter is a great addition to any type of Disney baking and adds that extra touch of magic, even a little Pixie Dust if you will! We used the Mickey cookie cutter we got at Disneyland as a mold to get that classic Mickey shape and they were a hit!
